Funky Cupcakes and YouTube

With all these cupcake shows coming on, I wanted to learn how to ice/frost like the pros. I went on youtube and a video caught my eye. How to Make Rainbow Cupcakes... and there are a ton of videos on this very subject. I decided to try it out but wanted to throw in different flavors as well. So I headed to the store and picked up some supplies and made a video... enjoy :)

I'm also going to be trying out different cupcakes... on my list is Maragarita cupcakes with Lime frosting and I'm going to take the "Rainbow technique" (thats what I'm calling the layering of batters) and try Neopolitan cupcakes with TBD icing.
